2005 JOEY'S 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL AT JUPITER CHRISTIAN

Another school year is upon us and Joey is enjoying the fellowship at Jupiter Christian School as well as JTAA baseball. Bowling is his new passion. Real estate is getting busier now towards the end of the year with just a slightly higher adjustment in interest rates. Water Pointe Realty has been a fabulous move and I love the attention to our clients! I look forward to providing outstanding service to my clients in this coming season.

IT WAS A GREAT SUMMER

What a summer! Full of fun! We've seen a slight slow down in the real estate business which is common for this time of year. This give us time to smell the roses and enjoy living in paradise!

MORE EXCITING NEWS, OUR NEW HOME

Who would have ever thought that the hurricanes of 2004 would have brought us such a blessing. We relocated to Bella Vista on the Park right after the storm to a furnished condo.

Our good fortune continues when our client agrees to sell it to us. Joey is very excited to have Carlin Park as his back yard and walk across the street to the beach. We are so grateful for our blessings and wish you all the same.

What a beautiful town Jupiter is! Here it is December and the weather is still gorgeous! We give our thanks and blessings to all our fabulous clients who have helped make this a banner year for the Hobin Team! It is my pleasure to assist you all with your goals and dreams and I love every minute of it.

MY SON JOEY 6 (at the time of this photo)

My son Joey attends kindergarten at the Jupiter Christian School and loves it. The school has wonderful teachers that not only love teaching, they love their students and it shows on the wonderful smiles of the children.

Joey and I are active with the JTAA youth sports programs. If you have children that love sports Jupiter/Tequesta Athletic Association is for you. You may visit their website via the button link to the left. They offer every sport for children ages 6-17. It is extremely well organized and has been a blessing for our family.

Joey and I are also active members and volunteers of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens. This church offers many childrens programs through their "God's Town" and is in the process of building an addition to the North Campus and a new church in Wellington. I moved here from my hometown of Warwick Rhode Island in 1990. I love it here! Where else can we visit paradise any day of our choosing. Just minutes from the most gorgeous 3 miles of beaches it makes any hard workday a little easier to take.
